Eventyr (Norwegian for Adventure) is a 1987 Island Packet 31. We took possession of her in Spring of 2013 and have been working feverishly to outfit her for extended cruising. She is a 34' length overall, 11' beam, sloop rigged, full keeled sailboat built to hold up to offshore cruising. A Yanmar 3GM30F diesel engine provides power when the wind is uncooperative. Down below she sleeps 7 with an enclosable second double berth for privacy if others want to join us aboard.

    1. Thanks Roadkill! It definitely didn't look like that when we accepted it. This picture was after hours of work and thousands of dollars by Down Jersey Marine Diesel. No engine problems yet (knock on wood).
